4. File Uploads & Form Submissions
Certain Services allow you to upload files or submit information through forms (including audit requests, product demos, and service inquiry forms). By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share such content and grant SherpAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service.
Uploaded files and form data are not shared with third parties and are deleted within 30 days of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
